Immerse yourself in a transformative journey from the budding energy of Spring to the fullness of Summer. An opportunity to rest, receive and reset in the most stunning location. As we observe and honour the seasons around us, we can also learn to observe and honour the seasons with-in. Each to be celebrated for what they offer. We will spend our days and nights soaking up the serene and divine surrounds while enjoying carefully crafted offerings to relax and recharge.
This retreat experience is designed for you to participate as little or as much as you would like.
It is intended to be a time for stillness and space. Two things we often have very little of.
Slowing down, turning inwards, switching off and truly allowing ourselves the time to simply ‘be’.
Laura Campbell (Acupuncturist and Yoga Teacher) and Rachelle Hickson (Kinesiologist, Intuitive Meditation and SOMA breath facilitator) will be offering a selection of the healing modalities they each practice. Engage in Qi Gong to cultivate energy and vitality. Allow Yin Yoga to create flow within. Receive potent Acupuncture while in the depths of relaxation. Explore guided meditations that harmonise with the natural rhythm of the season. Ignite your spirit and invigorate your body with SOMA breath sessions. Enrich your mind with health and wellbeing workshops, empowering you to make conscious choices to support your most radiant self.
We will be nourished with delightful, delicious and decadent vegetarian dishes by our onsite caterer. Nothing to do. Nowhere to be. Other than exactly where or what you choose for yourself.
BlueGreen Sanctuary is nestled in the hills twelve minutes outside Byron, overflowing beauty into five acres of paradise. It is a delight for the senses with luxurious accommodation designed to bring a touch of elegance to your escape. A sanctuary that imparts serenity with its sublime landscaping, rolling lawns, gazebo over the lake, terraces and nooks, swings in the rainforest and wild ducks on the lake. There will be plenty of time for rest, sweating it out in the sauna, lazing by the pool, swinging in a chair or wandering around the stunning natural environment.

Your hosts;
Rachelle Hickson; kinesiologist, intuitive meditation and SOMA breath facilitator
Rachelle is passionate about helping people to achieve positive change and tangible growth - physically, mentally, and emotionally. She works with the body’s innate intelligence to bring it into a state of equilibrium, so it can shift from survival mode to a place of creativity and healing.
Rachelle has held a life-long fascination with what it is to be human, starting out as a professional contemporary dancer, exploring movement as language and the body as the tool.
Moving into kinesiology in 2010, Rachelle now loves to explore the more subtle elements of the body, and has studied a wide range of modalities, including aromatherapy, life coaching, SOMA breath, Intuitive Meditation and Human Design.
Rachelle offers one-on-one unique kinesiology sessions, life coaching packages, and a conscious pregnancy program. She also facilitates meditation and SOMA breath classes regularly online and in Brisbane and runs Women’s Retreats in both Australia and Bali.
Her greatest feat and deepest learning journey has been to support and nurture her two beautiful young souls, Matraya and Harrison.
Laura Campbell; Acupuncturist, Qi Gong and Yoga Teacher
Laura is the founder of Nautilus Acupuncture. As an Acupuncturist, Emergency Nurse and Yoga teacher she blends her passion for Eastern Medical practices with her knowledge and experience of Western Medicine. She believes educating clients about their body, breath, mind and emotions in a way that makes sense to them is the key to improving physical and mental wellbeing.
Supporting people to find ways to bring more calm, peace and stillness into their life is now her path and purpose. Whether that be through an Acupuncture treatment, Qi Gong practice, a yoga class, meditation, or the simple act of getting out in nature and taking a long, slow, deep breath. Laura believes that ceremonial cacao, sound healing, mindful movement and deep relaxation are each potent medicines. It is her own personal experiences with these ceremonies and practices that inspires her to share them with others.
