Join us on Saturday 13th June to explore the Season of Winter, the Element of Fire and drop into deep rest and alignment with the seasons.

Winter is the season of deep restoration, reflection and nurturing what lies beneath the surface. After the movement and momentum of the past months, this is a time to soften, to replenish, and to reconnect with your inner reserves. Creating time to Illuminate what you need to see before sowing the seeds of Spring later in the year.

Welcoming Winter Day Retreat is a conscious pause, an opportunity to step out of the busyness of life and into stillness. To warm your body, nourish your nervous system, and tend gently to your inner world.

Set within the peaceful natural surrounds of Temple Retreat at Pullenvale, this day is designed to support deep rest, connection, and quiet renewal — allowing you to drop in, restore, and be held.

What the day includes

Gentle winter yoga flow with Laura Dean
A slow, grounding practice to warm the body, open the joints, and invite softness and ease

Guided breathwork and intuitive meditation with Rachelle
To settle the nervous system, connect inward, and tend to your inner fire, the quiet spark that sustains you through the cooler months

Sound healing with Dee
A deeply restorative gong and sound journey to soothe the body and integrate the day’s practices

Seasonal reflection & ritual
A space to honour what has passed, conserve your energy, and align with the slower rhythms of Winter

Astrology, Chinese medicine & cyclical living insights
Understanding Winter through a seasonal lens, supporting rest, nourishment, and inner awareness

Sharing Circle
A warm, supportive space for sharing, reflection, and being held in community
